Salon Policies

In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service total will be applied to your card on file or billed to your next appointment. Failure to notify me of a cancellation or a no-show without communication will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service to your card on file or your next appointment.

Out of respect for other client's and the artists' time, there is a 15-minute late policy. If a client is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case of a need to reschedule, there may be a charge for 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
